Refund Policy
The current manual refund-review process for Everest Nova professional services.

How to request a review
Email support@everestnova.ai with the account email, order or project reference, payment date, and reason for the request. The application does not currently provide an automated cancellation or refund portal; Everest Nova reviews each request manually.
What we consider
Duplicate payments, payment errors, and projects where work has not started may be eligible for a full refund after verification. Once assessment, document review, classification work, drafting, or other professional work has begun, any refund depends on the work already performed, committed costs, project stage, and applicable written commercial terms.
Separate costs
Government and authority fees, conformity-assessment charges, testing, translation, banking charges, and other third-party costs are separate and are not refundable by Everest Nova unless Everest Nova actually collected the cost and the written quote says otherwise.
Approved refunds
If approved, a refund is initiated to the original payment method where possible. The time for funds to appear is controlled by Stripe, the card network, and the client's financial institution.
A signed quote, statement of work, or other written agreement may contain project-specific cancellation or refund terms. Those terms control for that project if they differ from this page.
